About Us

La società TNM è una giovane casa di produzione indipendente. Nasce nel 2018 dall’incontro tra un brillante professionista napoletano, Giovanni De Micco, e il romano Carmine Parmigiani, con un’esperienza ultra quarantennale nel campo della produzione cinematografica. Entrambi sono uniti dalla passione per la cultura e il sociale e quindi decidono di unire le loro forze e la loro professionalità per la realizzazione di opere multimediali d’impegno sociale, divulgativo, ma anche di puro intrattenimento. La Società presto si amplia acquisendo importanti provider della realtà imprenditoriale milanese. Nasce così la TNM che ha la sua forza strategica a Milano, l’operatività a Roma e il cervello produttivo a Napoli.

EXECUTIVE PRODUCER

Carmine Parmigiani, still very young, enters the world of cinema as assistant director to Ettore Scola in the film Brutti, sporchi e cattivi. From that moment on, Scola will want him in all his films, moving to the production department. In this job he will climb all areas of production first as a secretary, then as an inspector, then as production manager and finally general organizer. In the meantime, always in the production department, he will also work with the main masters of Italian cinema: Dino Risi, Mario Monicelli, Nanni Loy, Gianni Amelio, Tinto Brass, Gillo Pontecorvo, Michelangelo Antonioni, Martini, Battiato, just to name the main ones. For four years he is the organizer in the production of Raoul Bova. He produces two art films on his own: Pontormo and Salomè. With the production company TNM he organizes and produces the TV series Vesuvius and the feature film Eyes in the Darkness.

PRODUCTION MANAGER

After graduating in Cinema at La Sapienza University in Rome and an internship at the TV Programming and Marketing Department at Rai, Chiara Budano starts her activity in the production department, and has several films to her credit. Since 2014 she has been working with the company Ballandi Arts as general organizer of documentaries for Rai Storia and Sky Arte. From 2016 to today she is partner and CFO of the company 5e6 with which she produced the films Talien (2016) and Kufid (2020) by Elia Moutamid.

Giovanni De Micco is a Chartered Accountant who runs his own Tributary Law Firm and is specialized in Business Administration.

PHOTOGRAPHER & GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Classe 1990, vive e lavora a Roma. La fotografia è entrata nella sua vita all'età di 20 anni, intraprendendo corsi all'università di ``Tor Vergata``, che l’hanno portata ad appassionarsi a questo mondo. Ha iniziato a lavorare come fotografa di eventi e matrimoni. A 23 anni si è laureata in ``Scienze e Tecnologie per i Media``, un indirizzo della facoltà di ``Scienze Matematiche`` di Tor Vergata, che le ha permesso di sviluppare una forma mentis e una tecnica scientifica e creativa. Successivamente ha approfondito gli studi nel campo del 3D, conseguendo un master come ``Generalist 3D artist`` presso la Rainbow Academy. Nel novembre 2013 ha iniziato a lavorare presso la società Rainbow CGI, nel ruolo di lighting e surficing. La grande passione per il cinema e la fotografia l’hanno portata a intraprendere la professione di fotografa di scena iniziando a lavorare nel film ``Il Pretore``, diretto da Giulio Base.

LAWYER

Michele Lo Foco is a lawyer specialized in performing rights and royalties. He has written technical texts on cinema, but also novels, essays and poetry and philosophy books. He has held public posts as Director in companies and groups including: “Cinecittà Holding”, “Zetema”, “RAI”, “Fondazione Cinema per Roma”, and still devotes himself to the amelioration of the legislation of show business, with the primary scope of defending independent producers.

CREATIVE PRODUCER

He is a journalist-writer whose novels have been translated in nine countries, including the United States and Australia. He specializes in topics that analyze stories and mysteries of our recent past transforming them into formidable, high-adrenaline thrillers. For the theater he has written and directed Under un cielo di bombe, a "live documentary" on the bombing of San Lorenzo. For RaiTV and other television platforms has made about three hundred reports and documentaries of cultural and scientific and scientific.

DISTRIBUTION

He has 25+ years of experience in the Entertainment Industry (Cinema, Home Video, TV, and Productions), managing and leading a couple of well-established companies. After studying law he gained skills and knowledge working in the management of leading companies such as Cecchi Gori, Lux Vide and Koch Media. He founded with his partner his own distribution company and he’s managing director of the IP management and consulting company named 30 Holding operating in the market since the end of the last century. He is also active with its own management consulting firm called Phalanx Consulting.
